Rocky Lee is the broker behind Palm & Pine Real Estate Advisors. His background in site development and construction provides a practical understanding of how land moves from raw parcel to finished product - informing how each property is evaluated, positioned, and ultimately sold.

He works directly with landowners, builders, and investors, with a focus on aligning each property with the right type of buyer and helping clients make clear, confident decisions throughout the process. 

Rocky holds degrees in Construction Management and Real Estate from the University of Florida and takes a data-driven, straightforward approach to every transaction, while keeping the process clear, practical, and aligned with each client's goals.
